This thing just fell out of my ass in assrope form. This is the first time

that an assrope has come out just as an assrope - not shaped like a normal

turd, this thing just slithered out as an assrope. Totally nasty. Totally

old, totally covered in mucous to protect me from the evils that was the

assrope.



I am so so so so stoked to see this stuff fall out of me. I didn't think I

would see so many assropes, but man it's working beautifully.



Love the colon cleanse... Get on it. If you don't do this, how else are you

going to get the assrope out of you?

Wow wow WOW! Unreal bowel performance today. Too many poops to post!

I have pictures of all of them, but this one is the most interesting -

it came out more of an albino colored poop. Very light brown. My colon

is showing a side of itself that I just haven't seen before. Most of my

poops are thinner in diameter than my old school brown trouts...



Anyways, colon cleanse is rocking and rolling. 4 nice turds today -

most of them in the morning. I have a feeling I'll have a couple

tomorrow morning ready to roll

Whoa - woke up this morn with a CRAZY stomach - all weird n' shizzle...

was brewing up something OH SO NASTY... and sure enough, some

that you take on a normal day. This stuff is all toxic, chillin up

inside ya wrapped up in mucous. I say - get it the hizzell out of D!

So, on day 14 of the colon cleanse.... I feel normal still... Felt

energetic over the weekend, but now don't feel any more energetic than I

was before I started... I'm only 14 days in, so no conclusions yet...



I definitely sleep nicely and soundly... Sleep all through the night and

then wake up to do this - drop mucoid mania... Not an ancient looking or

anything, but definitely not normal poo... Some really old looking

sections, but not a dinosaur... I'm lovin it!

on it and the rest of it appeared to have everything in it that was in

OK, so check this out... THIS WAS IN ME!!! This is unbelievable... This

came out as part of a larger dump, but when you take a couple chopsticks to

it, pour some soy sauce on it and dip it in wasabi, this is what it looks

like!



Crazy! I just picked it up out of the bowl and there it is... I'm telling

you people, your body takes crap that it just can't deal with, puts it in a

corner of your colon and wraps some mucous around it and voila - you've got

a toxic colon. Even if you are crapping regularly, you're going to have

stuff like this up in your dumper. Get it OUT!

Whoa and it STINKS BAD!!! There is clearly some 'old poop' and 'new

poop' mixed together in this one... It appears as if part of the shit

was stuck on the walls of the colon and now the colonix is helping it to

come out... The new shit was flushed out alongside it. Check it - I

dissected the shit a little bit and pulled this nasty old fossilized

section of the dump!!! There are two pics for this shit... Unreal!!!



Just as a side note, I ate 2 big pieces of pizza yesterday and that's

it... Didn't have any hunger after I ate the two pieces all day. That

seems to be pretty typical - my hunger is definitely less than it was

before I started colon scrubbing...

It looked like a hodgepodge of a bunch of different parasites in this

shit... I mean I have no idea what one of these parasites look like -

This shit really really really stinks like I never turn the exhaust fan

Wow, so no dumps on Day 5 of my 90 day colon cleanse... Anyway, I took

the day off from work today cuz my throat hurts a bit... Finally am

taking a dump at 2:10pm. This one has some really dark sections and

some relatively light sections...



Today marks the first day of the full colonix dosage: 4 anti-parasite

capsules (so bugs don't eat my yummy shit) and a whole tablespoon of the

fiber drink... And at night you drink a ton of the laxative tea. No

crazy results yet, but I'm a-dumpin' and a-hopin'...



Hoping for bigger assrope in the future...

Regularity MAY be kicking in... This is one of the largest dumps I've

taken in months... Can't say yet whether this is something as a result

of Dr. Natura's colonix, but it is very possible that this is a

result... And I must say that I like huge shits... When I plug my toilet

on a regular basis, we'll know that my colon is back to 100%

operational.



This one didn't plug, but it worried me that it might so I included the

toilet paper on a separate flush...

So I took this dump yesturday (wednesday) at about 9am. I had eaten

another 1.25 veggie noodle bowls on tuesday night and some waffles with

flaxseed for breakfast. I think the flaxseed loosened me up.



The dump was very skinny. The pic makes it liik bigger than it really

is. I was happy to get this out of me but still feel like there is more

shit inside of me that needs to get out...

So the last time any feces left my rectum was on Saturday at about

noon. It's a full 3 days (about 74 hours total) since I have shit and

finally something comes out. Just to give you an idea of what I've

eaten since saTURDay, check it:



Sat:

-1 lunch size bag jay's potato chips

-2 servings of sesame sticks

-A large bowl of macaroni with beef stroganoff ladled over it

1.25 Veggie bowls (veggies, noodles, and tofu) - I ate mine and 1/4 to

1/3 of my girl's cuz she couldn't eat a whole one

2 slices of irish soda bread



Sun:

-about 2 cups of jello (had nuts & apples in it too)

-3 slices of lou malnati's deep dish pizza

-salad

-7 cheese & crackers

-4 crackers with olive/garlic dip

-cake, coffee



Mon:

-More cake

-Toast & jelly

-1 "super veggi" taco and horchata

-2 slices deep dish pizza (leftover)

-salad



Tuesday (pre dump):

-2 bananas

-1 order of curry tofu and the whole carton of jasmine rice



So, lets ask ourselves - where is all that food? Is this dump inclusive

of all that food???

Wow, today was the first time in a long time that I didn't have to

coerce my colon into letting it flow...



I've been in pretty bad dumping shape lately - only dumping like once

every day or two days. And the shit that comes out is little and lame.

Hard nuggets - obvious to me that my colon is unhealthy. My drnatura

colon blow stuff is on the way so I'm looking forward to remodeling my

large intestine...



I'm thinking that it will be nice to clean out the ascending colon and

make room for some new shit.



Anyway, I'm here at a Shell gas station bathroom pinching off the final

remnants of a hot dump... This one kinda stings a little. I can feel

that there is a ton of shit inside but it just won't come out. Its like

there are a ton of people trying to get into the club and the sidewalk

is packed, but the bouncer is only letting one person into the club in

at a time... I'm hoping that the floodgates will soon be open



Ok I know this dump looks big - and I am encouraged by it but it is my

belief that there is more brown in them thar hills...
