So, on day 14 of the colon cleanse.... I feel normal still... Felt

energetic over the weekend, but now don't feel any more energetic than I

was before I started... I'm only 14 days in, so no conclusions yet...



I definitely sleep nicely and soundly... Sleep all through the night and

then wake up to do this - drop mucoid mania... Not an ancient looking or

anything, but definitely not normal poo... Some really old looking

sections, but not a dinosaur... I'm lovin it!
